Name/date changes, cancels and new reservations may be handled directly with the official conference hotels beginning on December 22, 2008.

Offering of the ASSA negotiated discount rate for new reservations will be at the discretion of the hotel. Please note cancellation of your reservation after November 21, 2008 is subject to a $20 processing fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of or failure to check in on your scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of entire deposit and reservation. In addition, the hotel may charge an early check out fee.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

PUBLISHED DEADLINE: November 21, 2008. Experient will continue to accept changes, cancellations and new reservations (based on availability) through December 15 at 5:00pm CT. Please contact hotels directly beginning Decmber 22, 2008. Cancellations made between November 22 and 72 hours prior to arrival will be assessed a $20 per room processing fee deducted for any refund. Cancellation within 72 hours of or failure to check in on your scheduled arrival date will result in FORFEITURE of deposit & loss of reservation. Hotels may assess penalty for early check out.
