No further reservations are being accepted by the ASN Housing Bureau. If you require change on an existing reservation, you may contact the hotel directly beginning OCTOBER 10th.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

For changes contact Experient at 847-996-5875 by 4:30pm CT on or before October 2, 2009. Cancellations must be in writing and sent to Experient by 4:30p CT on or before October 2, 2009. If you miss the deadline of October 2 you will need to wait until October 10 to contact your assigned hotel directly. Cancellations made between October 3 and your hotel's cancel policy are subject to a $40 processing fee. Cancellations made WITHIN your hotel's cancel policy will result in FORFEITURE of your entire hotel deposit.
