Hotel Cancellation Policy

Experient will continue to accept changes, new reservations, and cancellations (based upon availability) through September 11, 2008. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the address above or email apta@experient-inc.com or fax 847-940-2386. Please contact your hotel directly beginning September 16. Please check your acknowledgment for your hotel's cancel policy. Failure to cancel your reservations within the hotel's policy OR failure to check in on the scheduled arrival will result in a charge of 1 night's room & tax to guaranteeing credit card. Hotels may charge a penalty for early checkout.
