ASN housing is now closed.

No further reservations are being accepted by the ASN Housing Bureau. If you require change on an existing reservation, you may contact the hotel directly beginning OCTOBER 17th.

If you wish to book accommodations in an ASN participating hotel, please refer to the list below with ASN hotels and telephone numbers. When contacting the hotel, please identify yourself as an ASN participant and request the convention rate. This will be based on the hotels availability and the convention rate is not guaranteed.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

For changes contact Experient at 847-282-2515 by 4:30pm CT on or before October 10, 2008. Cancellations must come in writing and be sent to Experient by 4:30pm CT on or before October 10, 2008. If you miss the deadline of October 10, 2008 you will need to wait until October 17, 2008 to contact your assigned hotel directly. Cancellations made between October 10, 2008 and your hotel's cancel policy are subject to an $18 processing fee. Cancellations made WITHIN your assigned hotel's cancel policy will result in FORFEITURE of your entire hotel deposit.
