Already Registered?
If you've already registered and have not received your badge in the mail you may pick it up at an Advance Registration
Counter in the West Building, Hall A Lobby, Level I (see schedule above).
New Hotel Accommodations
The final housing deadline has passed. All unreserved rooms in the International Builders' Show's Official Hotel room
blocks have been released back to the hotels. For assistance finding Orlando hotels with availability you may contact
the Orlando Convention & Visitors Bureau by calling 800-554-1539 or by visiting their
find a hotel
web site. Please note that shuttle service is only provided to the Convention Center from Official
IBS Hotels (February 7 - 10).
Modify/Cancel Existing Hotel Reservations
To cancel or modify an existing reservation in an Official IBS Hotel you must now call the hotel directly. View a list of
