Hotel Cancellation Policy
Hotel cancellations prior to July 18 must be submitted in writing to Experient at apwa@experient-inc.com or fax 847-940-2153. Experient will continue to accept changes/cancels/new reservations (based upon availability) until July 23 at 5p CT. Please contact your hotel directly beginning July 28. Cancellation of your reservation within 72 hours of OR failure to check in on your scheduled arrival date will result in FORFEITURE of the deposit(s) paid and loss of reservation. Hotels may charge a penalty for early checkout.
