Hotel Cancellation Policy

PUBLISHED DEADLINE: December 1, 2009 Experient will continue to accept cancellations, changes, and new reservations based on availability through December 16, at 5:30pm CT. Please contact your assigned hotel directly after December 21. Cancellation of your reservation within 72 hours of or failure to check-in on your scheduled arrival date will result in one night's room & tax charge to the credit card provided as guarantee. Hotel may assess penalty for early check-out.
