THE ON-LINE HOUSING SITE IS NOW CLOSED.

Changes, cancels and new reservations may be handled directly with the official meeting hotels beginning October 23, 2009. Offering of the AMA negotiated discounted rate for new reservations, will be at the discretion of the hotel.

***IMPORTANT*** Failure to check-in on your scheduled arrival date will result in FORFEITURE of deposit (Hotel will charge your credit card for one night’s room and tax) and loss of your full reservation.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Contact Experient for all changes and cancels until 5pm CT on Friday, October 9. Begin contacting hotels direct for all changes and cancels on Friday, October 16. Credit cards will be charged one night's room and tax should the reservation not be utilized or if it is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival. Early departure may incur a penalty.
