Welcome to the Official Attendee Housing Site for Chest 2009 to be held October 31 – November 5, 2009 in San Diego, California.

THE ONLINE HOUSING SITE IS NOW CLOSED.

Changes, cancels and new reservations may be handled directly with the hotels beginning Monday, October 12th. Nightly room rates for new reservations will be at the discretion of the individual hotel.

Entire deposit will be forfeited for all cancellations. All reservations changes resulting in a room reduction will forfeit $150 per room for each deposit. Hotels may also charge an early check-out fee.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

CHANGES AND CANCELS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING. Hotel deposits are fully refundable for cancels received on or before September 24, 2009. Entire deposit will be forfeited on cancellations after September 24 or failure to check in on scheduled arrival date. After September 24, all reservation changes resulting in a reduction of total room nights will forfeit $150 per room deposit. Experient will accept reservations, changes and cancellations (based on availability) through October 1, 2009 (5:00pm Central Time). Please contact hotels directly beginning October 12. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to accp@experient-inc.com or fax 847-996-5401.
