WELCOME ADA 2008 REGISTRANTS

	Annual Session advance registration website is now closed. Please visit the onsite registration area located in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, Ballroom A. Onsite registration hours are as follows: ONSITE REGISTRATION HOURS: Wednesday October 15 12:00 noon – 5:00 p.m. Thursday October 16 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Friday October 17 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Saturday October 18 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Sunday October 19 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon IF HOTEL WAS NOT PROCESSED: Housing officially closed at 5:00 p.m. CT on Friday, September 26, 2008. Should you require a hotel reservation, you may contact the official ADA hotels. If you need to make changes and/or cancellations to existing reservations, please contact the hotels directly beginning September 30, 2008. We look forward to seeing you in San Antonio! 	September 12th 5pm CT Last day to receive a refund minus $10 Last day to register and have registration materials sent by mail

	September 26th 5pm CT Housing deadline

	September 30th 5pm CT Last day for hotel changes and refunds

	October 6th Changes to existing reservations need to be made with the hotel directly

	October 10th Registration website closes
