New reservations and changes to existing reservations may be made (based on availability) by contacting official FMI hotels beginning April 14.

Cancels after April 1 or failure to check in on your scheduled arrival date will result in 1 night’s room and tax (per room) charged to the credit card provided as guarantee. Hotels may also assess and penalty fee for early check out.

Hotel accommodations WILL NOT be confirmed without a credit card valid through May 2008. HOUSING DEADLINE is April 1, 2008. Experient will continue to accept changes, cancellations and new reservations (based on availability) through April 7. Cancellation on or after April 8th or failure to check in on scheduled arrival date will result in 1 night's room & tax charge to credit card provided as guarantee. Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to fmi@experient-inc.com or fax 847-940-2386. For any changes, cancellations after April 14 please contact hotels directly.
