Welcome to the Official Attendee Housing Site for the AACD 24th Annual Scientific Session to be held May 6-10, 2008 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

THE ONLINE HOUSING SITE IS NOW CLOSED.

Changes, cancels and new reservations may be handled directly with the individual hotels beginning April 27th.

Please review the cancellation policy of your confirmed hotel. Cancellations within your hotels cancel policy and failure to check in on your scheduled arrival date will result in FORFEITURE of deposit paid for all rooms. Hotels may also charge a penalty for early check out.

In addition to state and local taxes, hotels may include an occupancy tax on you folio at check out.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Through April 4, 2008 5PM (CT) all changes and cancels must be made through AACD Housing Bureau. Between April 5-8, 2008 reservations are being transmitted to the hotel. No new reservations, changes or cancels can be made during this time. Please wait until April 9, 2008 to contact your hotel regarding any changes to your reservation. Cancellations made 72hrs prior to arrival date hotel deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please review your individual hotel cancel policy as indicated on your acknowledgment. One night’s room and tax may be charged if you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date. Early departure may be subject to hotel penalty.
