Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made on or before April 3, 2008 will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after April 3, 2008 will forfeit two night's room & tax. Please contact Experient at the information listed above until April 4, 2008 5pm CT. If you miss the April 4, 2008 deadline, please contact the hotels directly beginning April 11, 2008. Change Policy: An additional 1 night's room & tax penalty will be charged to you credit card for any changes that result in a reduction of room nights within the individual hotel's cancellation policy. Also, an additional 1 night's room & tax penalty will be charged to your credit card for early departure.
