For any cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival of your confirmed reservation the hotel will charge a one night’s room & tax to the credit card provided. Hotels may charge a penalty for early check-out.
REMINDER: The NON-REFUNDABLE deadline for Groups of 10 or more rooms to cancel and receive a refund was 12 August 2009.
