Hotel Cancellation Policy

All changes (based upon availability) and cancels must be made with the housing bureau through February 5, 2009. Please contact your hotel directly beginning February 16. Please check your acknowledgment for your hotel's cancel policy. Failure to cancel your reservations within the hotel's policy, or failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge of one night's room & tax to the credit card provided as guarantee.
